Registration and Payment
Registration Process
- Participants must complete the registration process on the official website.
- Registration confirmation gets processed only after full payment is received.
- Ensure all personal information is accurate during the registration process.
- Any incomplete registrations will not be processed for our conference.
Payment Methods
- Participants can pay using credit cards, bank transfers, or other methods shown on the registration page.
- Double-check for any additional service fees and ensure your payment method is valid and accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registration fees for our conferences cannot be refunded, negotiated, or transferred.
- It is your responsibility to arrange your Canadian visa, accommodations, food, and travel for the conference.
- After you finish registering and making payment, an invitation letter will be sent to you within 3 working days.
- A fee of US$50 will apply for any modifications caused by spelling errors or minor inaccuracies in the invitation letter.
Code of Conduct
Professional Behavior
All participants must act professionally and respect others’ rights and dignity. Everyone should communicate with each other with politeness during the conference. Any form of harassment is strictly prohibited. We kindly request participants to report any misconduct to the organizers promptly.
Disruptive Behavior
Disruptive behavior that affects conference activities, including unauthorized marketing, is not allowed. Participants should focus on the scheduled events and avoid causing disturbances. Business Conferences reserve the right to disallow anyone violating these rules. Please respect the guidelines to ensure a productive environment for everyone.
Liability
Personal Liability
Participants attend our business conference at their own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury or loss during their travel. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to personal property.
Event Changes
We (http://businessconferences.ca) reserve the right to change the conference theme, speakers, or schedule anytime without prior notification. Even any unexpected circumstances might cause the conference to be postponed or canceled. If this happens, we will inform all the participants right away.

- All of our conferences are multidisciplinary in nature. During the scheduled sessions, other topics may also be discussed besides the main topic.
- Before the conference, you must confirm your attendance to ensure your seat and catering needs.
- Registered participants may either attend the entire conference or just their specific sessions.
