Once you choose the conference, you have to submit your author paper following our guidelines. In that case, your submitted paper should align with the conference theme and submission criteria. If everything goes well, submit the paper to our author paper submission portal for peer review.

Wait for Approval for Paper

Your submitted author paper will go through double peer review to check whether you follow our guidelines. If the paper is approved, you will get an email notification with further instructions. However, if your paper needs additional revision, the paper will be sent back to you with the remarks.

Complete Conference Registration

Upon receiving notification that your submitted paper is approved, you must complete the registration process. You just have to visit the conference page and choose the conference ticket as author. Fill in the registration form with your personal details and pay the conference fee.

Get Registration Confirmation

After successful registration, you will get an official conference invitation letter with other necessary documents. The invitation letter can help simplify and expedite your visa application process, making it easier to attend the conference. The letter will serve as proof of the purpose of traveling to another country.

Attend the Conference

If everything goes well, you are ready to attend the conference. Before attending the conference, you should prepare yourself. For that, you can prepare your author paper to present on the conference day, check different conference sessions to join, keynote speaker details, etc.

You can also attend your desired conference as a listener, where you don’t have to submit any author paper. Following the below steps, you can register for our upcoming business conference in Canada as a listener.

Here, you need to fill out the form with your personal details and pay the conference registration fee using the available payment method.

Getting Confirmation

Upon successful registration, you will get an official invitation letter for business conference along with other supporting documentation.
