Our Peer Review Process for Author Paper
Business Conferences use the double peer review process to assess all the submitter author papers to ensure the publication and presentation standards. Let’s see how the peer review process works:
Submission and Initial Screening
Those interested in presenting their research at our business conference must submit their papers following the guidelines through our submission portal. Our team first checks the submitted paper to ensure it follows our guidelines, including format, length, and relevance to the conference theme. Once the paper is approved at the initial screening, the paper will proceed to the peer review.
Assignment of Reviewers
Business Conferences have qualified and professional peer reviewers to assess the standard of the submitted author papers. They will be chosen based on the expertise, experience, and familiarity with the paper’s subject. At this stage, two to three of our reviewers will check the paper to ensure an accurate and fair assessment.
Reviewer Assessments and Feedback
During the review, they will check the paper’s originality, clarity, significance, and methodology. Depending on your paper, reviewers will give us detailed feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the paper. We will promptly notify the author based on the decision on their paper. However, if the paper required any revision, we will send beck to the authors for consideration.
Revision and Resubmission
After getting the revised author paper, the paper will be sent to the same reviewers for a second round of assessment. And the reviewers check whether the resubmitted paper clarifies all the comments made during the first assessments. After the reviewers have determined that the paper meets all the quality standards, the paper is forwarded to the next step.
Final Decision and Notification
Once the reviewers have done the second round of assessments, the editorial team makes the final decision. In that case, the decision can be to accept, reject, or request that further revisions be made to the paper. If the final decision is positive, authors will get the notification that the paper is ready for publication and presentation. However, if the paper still requires revision, it will be sent back to the author with new comments.
Publication and Presentation
All accepted papers will be prepared for publication in our conference proceedings. In such cases, the papers may need formatting, further proofreading, and any other adjustments to adhere to publication standards. All authors whose submitted papers are accepted will be invited to present their work on the conference day. The presentation will help authors engage with other researchers and receive feedback on their paper.
