Business Conferences recognize the importance of having the necessary documentation to facilitate your travel, especially for our international participants. For that, we came up with an additional service – Notarized Invitation Letters for those who wish to attend business conferences in Canada.
Basically, due to the demand of international participants and some international embassy requirements, we introduce the Notarized Invitation Letters service. This service is completely voluntary and not mandatory to purchase when registering for any of our business conferences. Note that, whether you have the service or not, won’t affect your conference registration process.
Mr. John O’Fee K.C., a licensed British Columbia lawyer and notary, basically performs the notarization procedure to ensure our invitation letters are legitimate. Those who want a notarized invitation letter have to pay $100 additional along with the conference registration. To get the service, you just have to choose the “Notarize the Invitation Letter” option during the registration or contact our support team.
Please Be Aware of the Following Terms and Conditions:
Before opting for a notarized invitation letter, you should check the following details. Taking the notarized service from Business Conferences means you agree with the following terms and conditions.
- Voluntary Service: Notarization is an additional service of the Business Conference that is not directly connected to the main conference. The availability of this service completely depends on the demands of international participants for their visa support.
- No Guarantee of Visa Approval: Having a notarized invitation letter may be helpful for proving it is legitimate, but it doesn’t guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are usually made by the respective consulate or embassy at their own discretion.
- Non-refundable Service: The fee for a Notarized Invitation Letter is $100 (USD), which is non-negotiable and non-refundable. Fees cannot be refunded or reversed regardless of whether your visa is approved or denied.
- Payment Confirmation: Only after getting full payment will the invitation letter proceed to the notarization process. The notarized invitation letter will not be accepted if there is any partial payment.
- Processing Time and Delivery: Upon successful conference registration and payment verification, you will get a notarized conference invitation letter within 5 working days.
- Acceptance of Terms: Requesting or purchasing the Notarized Invitation Letter service from Business Conferences means you agree to these terms and conditions. This service is intended to support your visa application process and is not directly related to the conference.
- Amendments to Terms: Business Conferences have the right to change the following terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this service indicates that you accept the updated terms. So, you should check the updates regularly.
If you have any queries about the above terms and conditions, feel free to contact us at contact@businessconferences.ca. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
